Works well - can be adjusted

I have 3 large dogs and they all slide down our wooden stairs in the house so I decided to try these steps. I hesitated because I don't like the look of the carpet steps. on the stairs, but the welfare of my puppies is important to me. They arrived quickly after ordering. They are thin but offer good support. not the softest rug, doesn't feel that great on my feet but I can handle it. However, I still didn't like how they looked sooooo on the stairs. I printed out the paw print, made a template out of it, copied it onto the underlay and cut it out, then glued it to the stairs. There is a very thin sheet of plastic on the back of these steps. When you take it off, it exposes a surface that sticks to your stairs instead of sticking to them. Even after you cut these treads to order (they cut very easily, don't wear out btw) the pieces still stick well to the stair. They move easily without losing their grip. I like her. I think they are good value for money. Time will show its durability and sustainability.
