Looks like a sturdy bike rack
Looks like a well made bike rack. The assembly is not bad. The instructions weren't crystal clear, but you don't have a lot of detail, so there aren't too many things to be confusing. You only need two wrenches/pliers to tighten the screws. One to spin and the other to hold or spin the other way. Two people would probably be the most efficient way for this operation. It didn't take us more than 30 minutes. It definitely made transporting the bikes easier than trying to fit them in our SUV.
