You could think it was all Easter cheap cheap cheap

Not Milano Fashion, never mind. The material is so thin that you can see through it. The tie is a disposable prop. The black color is not as sharp as in the picture. Dusty black would be more accurate. Maybe because it's so thin it can't hold the color.
