We tucked it under our sofa in the living room to conveniently connect all of our devices. It was fine for a couple of weeks but has gotten progressively worse since then. Now, three months later, he hardly ever works. The first thing to do was the USB plug. The inner tooth broke in my cable. That leaves us with two USB sockets - it still works great! A few weeks later the second fork broke. It was around this time that we noticed the device starting to chirp softly every half second or so - imperceptible when the TV was off, but annoying when you were sitting quietly. So not perfect, but still usable. Finally the last USB plug broke, the device now beeps louder and things plugged into regular outlets don't charge as quickly. This thing is dying! So after only three months we had to buy a replacement. Definitely not the same brand - we'll see how this one fares.
