Forget what the page says about ordering a regular size. I used to learn the hard way. This time I ordered half a size larger and it was barely enough. This pair is great and if I had to complain about anything the laces are WAY too long and I had to tie them in a triple knot to keep them from dragging across the floor. And the Achilles tendon protection on the heel pulls my socks together a bit. LOL Otherwise good buy for $50.
