Saucony Cohesion Running Royal Black Men's Shoes in Athletic Review

After wearing New Balance exclusively for over 20 years, I decided to give them a try. I'm looking for a good replacement for New Balance as the quality has gone down and prices have slowly gone up. These Saucony shoes are as good if not better than most of my New Balances over the past 5 or 6 years. Really so good that I ordered 2 pairs. Highly recommended for the price.

These shoes are ok, I've had Sauciny Cohesion shoes a few times and I really like them. I don't know what makes them different from trail running shoes, but they fit me.

I've had these shoes for a few months and they have worked very well. The fit is good, traction is great in different areas and durability is good. Comfort is the only reason the rating gets 4 stars. The insoles that come with them are usually cheap, and my feet hurt after a few hours of hard hitting on a hike. Replacing them should solve this problem, and I haven't ridden them either. Tried this brand for the first time. The reviews and the price convinced me to try it. It came in handy once I started running. With other shoes I would have to break them in. However, they wear out too quickly. I thought I could wear them for 6 months but I only got 4. I will try another pair for comparison.

These shoes are reasonably priced. They are comfortable to walk on but I would only use them on the road. They are too soft and mushy for trail riding. Although I haven't had them long it looks like they won't last long but that's just my gut feeling. Worst of all, if you try to put the shoe on without opening it, the heel pad will slide down. Yes, I know I'm too lazy not to unlace, but I haven't had problems like this with other boots.

Very bad seam quality. Broke after only 3 months of use. Functionally good for sport in general. A small ventilation that sometimes warms the legs a little.

Forget what the page says about ordering a regular size. I used to learn the hard way. This time I ordered half a size larger and it was barely enough. This pair is great and if I had to complain about anything the laces are WAY too long and I had to tie them in a triple knot to keep them from dragging across the floor. And the Achilles tendon protection on the heel pulls my socks together a bit. LOL Otherwise good buy for $50.

I've had 1 pair for a month and have decided to buy another one for my back when I've worn out the first pair. These are really wonderful shoes.

Great fit, nice color, husband obviously just wore another popular brand but he really likes these Saucony sneakers. Only time will tell if they hold up

Unbelievable price for such a pair of shoes. Very comfortable, durable and looks great. If you run 10+ miles every day or have to stand for long hours, this is a good shoe.

It's been 2 weeks and the heel padding has fallen apart on both pairs. I didn't like the Filas, they lasted a month but got the worst longevity award. I also got blisters on my toes after wearing these shoes for 3 hours. They burst and caused severe pain. Now I have to wrap my toes in a sports bandage to keep new corns from forming. I do not recommend this shoe.

Have had Asics for a few years. After a few months, insoles were needed to whiten the forefoot. The feedback made me try Saucony and so far they seem to have more padding where I need it. The time will show.

I use my shoes for cross country running. It will be very slippery. This shoe has the most comfortable fit, is light on foot and has great traction for trail running. Feels very durable and great for running in the rain with instant water release.

I'm a nurse and I hate spending a lot of money on good shoes. So I gave them a chance and they are fantastic. I'm on concrete for twelve hours. So far these are great shoes, as good as my last ones or NB for way more money.

Precisely . I'm 8ft and I often buy women's shoes in narrower widths, but someone wrote that they were narrow for a standard size shoe, so I bought them. They fit just right - comfortably. I like them. If you have full, wide feet, the reg size may be too tight.

My son-in-law and I are big fans of Saucony Cohesions. We swap them out every year or two depending on how many miles they have. The previous couple is transferred to work on the farm, the new couple become newcomers. I love these shoes for the cushioning and support as well as the neutral stride. For the price they are fantastic and I can afford to change them often and always have a good fresh pair for miles.
