After trying a few phone holders that didn't work I came across this one. I immediately liked how it worked. The phone's opening and closing mechanism worked much better than others I've tried. Everything was going great for 3 months until the screw that holds the device to the CD player broke. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic. They responded to my query very quickly and said they would replace the unit for free under warranty. Three days later I have a new owner. I am overwhelmed by a great customer. Yes, it's disappointing that the unit broke but I attribute it to a defect and any company that offers such a service is top notch in my opinion. Thank you again for believing in your product and treating customers like customers. Customer service is often forgotten. But not from this company.
