The cable connector is suitable for audio and video installations in the car.
I strip both wires about 3/8 inch. Slide the wire connector onto one of the wires. Lay the stripped pieces of wire on top of each other. (Do not twist.) Carefully slide the splice wires over the bent joint so the solder is over both copper wires. Hit it with a heat gun until you see the solder melt. The solder will turn from dull gray to silver as it melts Make sure to shrink both ends tightly. The connection must be secure and consistent.
- WATERPROOF: Outer polyolefin tube and hot glue ring inside effectively improve the waterproof performance of these solder connectors.
