Works but use the swivel pins provided
My cat is FINALLY using only her scratching posts again. The grip is initially excellent, but after a few days it starts to peel off. Therefore, be sure to use the pivot pins provided. I was amazed at how quickly this intimidating kitty started scratching the edges of chairs and sofas. It's pretty thick and durable.
