beautiful, easy to use. For some reason the cord is loose. I don't think this is necessary, but it makes storage easier if you stow the cable in the car. The grinding box is smaller, so grinding has to be done more frequently – no problem if you grind your coffee every day. Difficult to look into the grind hopper while in use - you have to focus on the sound and it is easier to grind/sub-grind because of this. I'm not that picky about grinds so I don't mind, but for you, the barista, it could be a problem.
