I'm by no means a knife expert, but I've reviewed a few products over the years. Dahlstrong knives are aesthetically pleasing and are definitely a talking point for anyone who visits my apartment. They're definitely well built and the finishing is pretty obvious. They cut well, have a nice journey and the packaging they come in is second to none. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because the pair of knives that came with it had blemishes on the handle. Sure I could call Dasstrong to fix it, but it wasn't worth the trouble.
