This is so disappointing. I tried to save the corner and not buy replacement Nutribullet brand cups and instead of saving money I had to buy a new Nutribullet. The first time I got stuck it was impossible to turn it off so I had to turn it off quickly before the motor burned out. Put everything in the fridge to keep the ingredients from rotting or smelling and when my friend got home he had to use tools to remove it. He sawed off the small edges on the cups and I thought that fixed it. I went into the second lap, got stuck, the engine burned out. This time I threw everything—the smoothie cup and the Nutribulet—in the bin. Bought a new Nutribullet and will only buy the Nutribullet brand here. BEWARE!
