Easy to install - you literally just screw it in. It doesn't seem to affect reception at all, no better, but no worse either. It's available for every truck, but if you have a 2019 Titan you can order it over the phone or email and specify whether your truck has male or female threads. Apparently, towards the end of the 2019 production run, Nissan replaced the factory male-threaded antenna with male-threaded ones. I had to return mine which was female (mostly 2019) but I have to say it was painless - Ronin emailed me a printable label and by the end of the week I had the correct bullet. Would definitely recommend this brand - they have the best fit/finish I have seen as there are a lot of fakes out there - you will definitely get what you pay for in this case! A+
