Review on 🚴 SRAM S600 Square Taper Crankset - 3 x 8-speed, 175mm, 42-32-22T - Black by Daniel Mandal

UPDATE July 2020: Just a month later, while riding, the non-drive side lever came loose. I used Loc-Tite on the mounting screws during initial install, but no. Broken and no longer good. And I put them on a brand new Shimano bottom bracket. The drive side stayed tight, so I just put the stock Shimano arm on the non-drive side, used Loctite, and it didn't come loose. I really expected more from SRAM. Save yourself the hassle, avoid those cranks. Original review June 2020: Very good MTB crankset for the money. Replaced an aluminum Shimano on my old 1998 FSR that was so worn I'm surprised I didn't drop the chain like crazy. Nice to switch. A bit heavy, steel chainrings vs aluminum chainrings, but I'm not a racer so I'm not too concerned about the extra ounces. Highly recommended.
