Bad first time. The instructions weren't very clear, and there were a few pieces of hardware missing from the picture below. In addition to a #2 Phillips screwdriver, you will also need a 7mm wrench or (preferably) socket to properly tighten the bolts/nuts holding the crossbars in place. The hem on the back of the tanks seems a bit flimsy and only time will tell if they hold up. The metal parts have a few paint defects, but these do not affect assembly or function. It's good. It turned out to be a lot stronger than I expected when assembling it. It's heavy (about 40 pounds), which isn't great for moving, but it won't fall over. The kit includes many extra bolts, nuts and washers. The bins are also sturdy (save for the questionable protrusion) and have handy label holders (blank labels not included). Overall this is a good buy for the price and I will buy another one if I need extra storage.
