Review on RockShox IFP Air Valve Adapter Tool for Bicycles by Don Pintac
O-ring too small for Vivid Air
This part is a joke. I bought this for my light air shock. Which has a terrible design. This specialty tool is designed to charge a small secondary air tank up to 200psi per the Rockshox manual. The only problem is that the o-ring is too small. I was able to get the piggyback can to about 100psi when the o-ring ruptured and started leaking. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a bunch of different o-rings. The one that worked was about 4mm in inner diameter and 1.5mm in diameter. Then it worked perfectly.
