Have been using this product for many years. The pads in my most recent order are thinner and less fluffy than ever. This is a fabric loft that allows you to trap dirt, dust, and debris. They have a smaller loft and are unsurprisingly less efficient. Pads are closer to brand name pads and other inexpensive items. I contacted P&G customer service and described the decline in product quality. Their response was to inform me that there is no evidence of a change in production methods or plans to change the product. At no point did they seem concerned that it might be a manufacturing defect. I have also been informed that a thicker version of the product is now available which I may be interested in. made thinner and less efficient than a perfectly adequate original! Shame on you P&G.
