Why two stars? Because there is no feature to add a pause to programmed speed dial numbers. For example, if I'm calling a remote voicemail, other brands allow you to put a pause between the phone number and then several pauses and then your PIN number. It's not clear why this brand doesn't have this. I also don't like how far it sticks out from the wall when using two standard mounting studs. My last wifi was only half done. I will not be returning it as my elderly mother's house was in urgent need of a cordless phone installed. That being said, here are the honest impressive features. I like the equalizer button on the side to compensate for different hearing losses. Just press the side button and it increases the upper or lower limit. The volume is great for my mom. The screen is very easy to read. Dialing a number from the directory is very easy. The keys are well marked.
