
I use a 3/8 inch round pizza steel for this pizza ring. Sufficiently preheated, it does a pretty excellent job. You can brown/blacken the edge crust quite a bit in a few minutes. The ring itself is very thin and immediately loses its shape. It's a little tricky to line up and round off, and it will never go back to its original wrapped packaging. They provide a piece of wood that you can wrap it around for storage. I use the binding clips that come with the kit to determine the size. Keyrings are no good. You can do it yourself with scissors and a thin sheet of steel. Overall I'm satisfied, but it could definitely be better.
