Review on 🔧 Blum Compact 38N Built-in Soft-Close with Blumotion Hinge - 1/2 Inch Overlay (10 pack) by Delos Montano

These hinges are the perfect solution to the slamming cupboard doors in my kitchen. Existing self-closing hinges break after a few years. Since we've lived in the house for over 10 years, I've probably replaced them all in time or sooner. Our house is open and noisy. Every time the closet was closed, it could be heard throughout the house. I should have replaced the self-closing hinges with these soft-closing hinges from the start. They're also almost half the price of self-closing replacement hinges (from a major hardware store)! At the suggestion of another reviewer, I tried using a soft-closing hinge and a self-closing hinge on one door. The result is a soft and efficient closing with a minimal noise level. This works great for me because I need half as many stitches! This would have been a 5 star rating if the order had included the screws needed to install the hinges. I can reuse some of them and have to buy a few; Nothing to worry about except that the whole installation is already done. Instead I have to go to the hardware store before I can install them all.
