These control boards look slightly different from the original boards but are exact replacement parts. Apparently GE designed them for use in multiple product versions. The installation looked a bit complicated at first, but as we followed it step by step, we found it very easy. Front door seals are expensive, but if you take the door apart to replace the control boards, you will notice some wear on the seals. So it's best to replace them while you have easy access to them. Dishwashers have gotten a lot more expensive since we bought these for our new home. It works well and works just as well now as it did when it was new.
