Arrived on time and well packaged. But it wasn't the color in the pic, and it's really big and bulky. It's good quality, and might work well if you're going somewhere for a week and if your pet requires several cups of food per day, but I have a small dog and don't need that. If you're planning on camping or hiking, you better not need anything for yourself, because this pretty much covers your back, leaveing no room for an additional backpack. I was considering sending it back when I found at Sam's a smaller version, just as well constructed, and better suited to my needs for $14.91. No more thought required. Gotta say the return process was GREAT! Very easy and efficient.
