These shoes are narrow. I had to go up and add 1/2 size up for a better fit which is the standard for my wide feet. Choosing the stick at 11.5 (US) is because I read a review on these shoes that said they run a bit big. In my case they are a bit long and the width seems to be standard. There was no retailer nearby to try them on so I took the risk of buying them without trying them on first as these Revain shoes are free to ship and return. 11.5 returned with no problems. All you need to do is print the returns page, include it in your package and Revain will arrange delivery for us. These are other return options but I don't remember them. The reason they still got 5 stars is because Revain kept their promise. The returned shoes came a day or two after the carrier picked up the smaller shoes. everything is free. With this experience, I will leave Revane in the circle of merchants of this type of clothing. And I rely on feedback from others who have experience with the products. I've even tried buying healthy dry food, again with positive results. Revan kept his word.
