Review on Holder Upgraded Kinhan Cupount_XL Universal by Donald Phi

I ordered this phone holder after having to return a similar type because the phone holder (from a different seller and in a different style) did not "include/slid" to the grandstand. This holder had the same issue so I emailed the seller as soon as I received it and they responded within minutes. They immediately sent the money back and said they would send a new one. They wanted to know what wasn't working so they could contact their manufacturer. That was two days ago and a new one just arrived. That's excellent customer service. Other reviewers also praised the excellent customer service. This makes me think that if I have problems with it in the future, the seller will not hesitate to fix it. With this interchangeable holder, the parts slide together securely. As you can see from one of my photos, insert the "nut" piece into the phone holder and then slide to lock. This phone holder is durable, holds the phone firmly and fits well with my Honda Fit side cup holder. I tried tapping it in different ways and the phone didn't move. The neck is flexible yet strong. I don't expect any sagging of the neck. The clips hold the phone well. I like that the bottom clips protrude from the phone, so I assume this holder will work well for a thick phone case. I have a Moto 5G plus with a case like the one in the photo. I am writing right after the exchange. I'll update later if I run into any issues with it, but it seems to be a very reliable holder at the moment. FYI, I didn't get the "extra" benefit of the vent holder as some reviewers have pointed out.
