The ability to create contract templates which can be used for multiple projects at one time was very helpful in streamlining our processes as well reduce errors due to different formats being utilized by various departments across campus! I would like more functionality within this software such that it could track changes/revisions made throughout all stages of contracting process including approval & execution phases - also tracking who changed what sections during each stage should help eliminate any potential issues with discrepancies between versions or mistakes when reviewing files submitted after initial drafting has been completed.- Ability to use electronic signatures via email instead of having users print out documents then sign them manually using pen/'manuscript' programing language will save both parties significant amounts money over paper costs alone!! We are able solve many problems through automation rather than manual labor saving us valuable hours per week we spend completing daytoday tasks.
