Excellent! for oral care

Works well. When I read reviews, people complained that it was difficult to keep the button pressed the whole time while the child was cleaning. I found that the switch stays on, you just have to push it all the way down and it's a little tight to begin with. My 4 year old loves it and can use it himself.
