I can't hear very well. I use Live Transcribe on my iPhone to translate speech to text. The default is the internal microphone, which is not always clear. The Lewinner Wireless was recommended to me as an alternative and I found it very effective. I can carry a microphone on my pocket while the receiver is connected to my iPhone and Live Transcribe will recognize it as a USB audio device and greatly improve text transcription. This is what I've been looking for for years and I'm so happy that a really useful product now exists. My only minor gripe is that while it's easy to use, the instructions could be more detailed, especially for the charger.
