This was a basic replacement for my 2007 335XI. So far so good, but the real test is the test of time. I will update if they drop out early. On my machine the OEM ballasts lasted 13 years and both failed 6 months apart. They cost about 10 times more than these, so if I can get them for 3 years it's worth it.
