For me these are great headphones for the price. I love that it's wireless and TEAM compatible so I can quickly get in and out of a TEAM meeting. Turning off the sound is easy - just pick up the mic and you'll hear "mic off"; turn it down and you'll hear "microphone on." Pairing with Bluetooth was easy and I love that I can use my phone to adjust the sound quality of the headphones. It's great that it's cordless and folds up for easy storage. My favorite method of charging is using a Qi charger - just place it on top of the charger. A USB port is not required, although it is included as an option. I've been using the headset for meetings all day - so it's mostly comfortable; definitely not a problem for a one hour meeting, but longer and I'll go on speakerphone to freshen my ears.
