The supplied tool does not fit the supplied screws.
In general, the product is good. However, if you plan to use the tool that came with the screws that came with it, you won't be able to. I had to run out and buy a torx driver to use the screws as the torx driver that came with the product was too big. I bought 8 of these at once and encountered the same problem with all 8 drivers and 32 screws. If I hadn't planned on relying on the included driver and was running out of time, there wouldn't have been any problems. The product worked perfectly after installation.
