Review on 🔋 Brentwood P-OST722 Replacement Glass Jar Set, Compatible with Oster Blender, 0.33 Gallon Capacity by Adam Johnson

After reading some reviews I almost didn't buy it. But since it was the only one I could find, I took a chance and bought it. And I'm very glad I did. What I am writing here is based on what I have read in some reviews. First, addressing some of the complaints that the lid was deformed or didn't fit. In my case, the case was in perfect condition and fit perfectly. After unpacking I put it in the blender as is and it worked great! The base is a bit thinner than the original and at first I thought it was smaller and not suitable for a blender. But actually it fit perfectly and the blender worked great with all the parts from this pack. Since the base was thinner and seemed more malleable than the original, and the original had lasted 30 years without cracking, I decided to see if I could put the original base on the bottom of this bottle - and it would work great! So I used my old base with new blades and a new rubber pad. So it was a bit of a mix and match, but it worked out great and I'm really happy with it. I'll keep the new base in case I ever need it in the future. All parts are fully interchangeable with original parts. The original top works with the new bottle and vice versa, the original bottom works with the new bottle and vice versa. And the original blades work with the new bottle - and vice versa! So if you only need one part you can still get it and it will work with your original. You can mix and match each part as you like. Someone wrote in his review that the blades of this model are different from the originals. But in my case they were exactly the same. and also a bit sharper! Which is to be expected compared to blades from 30 years ago. I ended up using all the new parts from it except for the base. I used the original glass base and it works great together! No leaks or anything like that. I have to say - it's so nice to have a new clean bottle. After 30 years, our old bottle was very cloudy and simply unattractive to look at. I can't stand new blenders with plastic jars so I'm so glad I found this and even more glad it actually works with such an old blender! Really cool!
