UPDATE**** I just received a replacement pair of rollerblades. They are in much better condition than the previous pair. The child has not used or seen it yet as it is a Christmas present. But I will update later and also add more photos. The first pair is pictured. I just received the skates about 5 minutes ago. The box is already open and the skates are scratched like hell and the headlights don't seem to work. Looks like we got the refund from someone else. I was expecting a brand new one since I paid for a brand new one. I just found another cut in another wheel. These are deep cuts that do not hold up well with use.
