Review on Fantech ECO Touch Electronic Programmable Automatic by Michael Radhakrishnan

I bought one of these for Fantech HRV. I also bought them for a small but long distance. I wanted to use recirculation mode to mix the air but it never worked. I contacted the factory and they sent me a link to a video showing how it works. Everything is fine again, but mine didn't go into recycling mode. I bought a replacement only to get an email from the factory saying my HRV model didn't have a recirculation door inside and the controls didn't work. I found it ok, have used Fantech HRV equipment in the past and am very happy with their line of products. I would recommend contacting the factory before purchasing any HRV or controls to ensure they match. The controls work as intended but they have a small bug which I have shared with the engineers, that bug is the display locks up and shuts down fairly quickly, maybe three seconds and for those unfamiliar with programming, it will be frustrating to find it. Tap the touchscreen multiple times during setup so the end user can see what the controller is doing. I would recommend that they change the program to take at least ten seconds before the screen goes blank. Mike @ Erie Products, Sandusky, Ohio.
