Great upgrade after you've done the day!

This is a good inexpensive upgrade to the stock Mercedes main unit for rear view camera, navigation and bluetooth. Most US models have a fiber optic port, so I recommend purchasing an xtrons fiber optic adapter. When using the adapter, the sound of the original amp is very good, and the only downside is the loss of fader control. Installation took half a day and required some basic car stereo wiring experience. At first I was startled by the number of wires in the kit, but not all are used. If you've never installed a car stereo before, save yourself the headache and pay a local professional to install it. The radio interface is intuitive and easy to use. You can connect to WiFi and download Google Maps for offline use or use the mirroring feature to mirror your phone's screen. It's basically an Android tablet, so it has a lot of features. For less than $300 (main unit, fiber optic adapter, and antenna extender), you're getting a great upgrade with a clean, professional look.
