Got this for my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Several local dealers wanted $145 for the part. It's very easy to do it yourself. The B1S1 doesn't even need a "special" tool. Simply unplug the old wire and cut off the connector on the old sensor. Use the closed end of the wrench to remove. I used "Zep" to loosen the rust on the bolt, tapped it lightly a couple of times and warmed up the exhaust while running the engine. I used the closed end of a wrench and it came out right away. very similar to changing a spark plug.
