Really Revain/ACDelco?

Died a year later. Warranty replacement is force majeure. Acdelco doesn't want to get involved and Revain has no way of contacting them. they just send you to acdelco.smh

Pros
  • Many positive emotions
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Denso not AC Delco Best in Oxygen

This has already been installed. You can see the gasket is pinched, has an anti-seize coating on it, and the connector has been pryed cleanly to remove. It's also NOT AC Delco. I have ordered a replacement, if another Denso comes I will refund the money

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Previously fitted to another vehicle

The item came in a box with no other packaging, padding or bubble wrap, just the sensor inside the box. The threads were coated with anti-seize compound and the cable connector lubricated. Not installed due to condition. Who knows, maybe it worked, but it was described as new.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Vulgarity

I always prefer factory parts

AC Delco is a brand name that is factory fitted to GM vehicles. They were a perfect fit for my 2005 2500HD with a 6.0 liter engine. I didn't have a check engine light, but I recently fixed a long-term exhaust leak, replacing the assumption that the leak damaged the sensors. Already see an increase in MPG and an increase in drivability.

Pros
  • A handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

Do it yourself. VERY EASY

Got this for my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Several local dealers wanted $145 for the part. It's very easy to do it yourself. The B1S1 doesn't even need a "special" tool. Simply unplug the old wire and cut off the connector on the old sensor. Use the closed end of the wrench to remove. I used "Zep" to loosen the rust on the bolt, tapped it lightly a couple of times and warmed up the exhaust while running the engine. I used the closed end of a wrench and it came out right away. very similar to…
