After 2.5 years of continuous use, this cover is still holding up. The straps are intact, no breaks, the zips work, everything is fine. It's a bit dirty but it's our fault it wasn't washed as often as it should have been. I find some of the negative reviews on this item very picky and probably not happy with anything! Seriously lol! For the price, there is very little to complain about with this seat cover. This seat cover is durable, waterproof and covers the entire rear seat area including the side zips! Sorry but you can't get zippered rear seat covers for less than $15 unless you buy this one! It even has straps to hold the sides up, which even more expensive cases don't have! This seat cover also has Velcro seat belt openings and a couple of small pockets for stashing dog stuff (or whatever). When I say this coating is tough, I mean it's impervious to the sharp claws of our blue healers. One reviewer complained that one of the plastic connectors on his seat was broken - well, the connectors are no worse or better than those on ANY of these seat covers. Either he had a defect or he was too rough with him. Seriously, ALL of these seat cover brands use the same connectors. Let me also mention that this cover has a zippered section that allows you to lower one half to quickly make room for a back seat passenger without removing the cover completely. So do I have any complaints about this? seat cover? Yes. Two. First, the canvas-like material is quite slippery, and our Blue Healer had to get used to not slipping under braking. More expensive cases often have a "quilted" surface, which I find to be less slippery. Second, the zipper tabs are on the wrong side. To zip the sides, you need to reach down the sides to grab the zip tab and pull up. None of these issues are serious enough to warrant serious criticism of this cover. Damn! Like I said, at this price point, this bag shouldn't even have side zips! I would normally give this case 4 stars, but to compensate for the ridiculous reviews from people who bought the cheapest case they could find and then decided to whine about how cheap they found it, I will rate with 5 stars. .
