Updates may cause the tool to fail
The tool performed an update and the circuit board failed immediately afterwards. I sent the tool after they confirmed that this rarely happens. They refused to fix and wanted me to pay them when my own technician told me the same thing. I think with the many updates it releases every year it's like playing the lottery. When updates come out, you can lose.
