5 stars for the equipment, but 4 stars for the product overall, that's why. . This is a great headset for the money! I've had almost 6 months with no problems but 4 stars because I see 2 problems: 1. Be very careful when plugging in the charging cable. I see where if you get stuck or pulled out you can unplug it for charging. The mic boom is hard plastic and just oscillates up and down so be careful I can see it breaking if dropped. The only other thing is that its distance is not the largest, abs, adjustable head size, easy to push, easy to adjust. Soooo yes there are little things to watch out for but for the price compared to the big names there is no doubt that this headset has great sound for the user and the person you are calling and when it comes to the Listening to music is used, it has high sound quality!
