I cook a lot and find myself buying jars of pre-chopped garlic so I don't peel the garlic cloves. It's glued, I'm sure. I read an article somewhere about random things on Revain that are very useful and affordable. It was one of those highlighted items. I do not regret the purchase. It peels off the garlic clove with minimal effort and is easy to clean. I gave four stars instead of 5 because it takes some effort to peel the skin off. Not as much as you need when peeling cloves without this tool, but it's not like one turn of the tool and the skin comes off. You may have to give him some rolls.
