Silicone Garlic Peeler by Koopeh Designs - Lime Green (1 inch) Review

Doesn't work at all. I've tried 8 different pieces and at best I've started to peel off the skin/peel but haven't lost weight.

. Upon searching I found that long thin tubes have a smooth side on the outside but a bumpy inside. This one has no bulges in the middle - it's smooth. I really liked the idea of this and it's big enough for some of the carnations I get. i want it to work I will search further.

after using it a few times, my roommates and I have decided it's easier to peel the skin with a knife or hit it with a flat blade. You apparently have to use STRONG pressure and roll the garlic back and forth A LOT, and sometimes even if you do it 10 times for ONE PIECE OF GARLIC, you'll push the chunk out and it still has the skin on it! I think I'll throw that thing out the window!

I cook a lot and find myself buying jars of pre-chopped garlic so I don't peel the garlic cloves. It's glued, I'm sure. Amazing product. Peels garlic so easily without fuss and without touching the knife (and keeps the smell from getting to your fingers).
