Amazing product. Peels garlic so easily without fuss and without touching the knife (and keeps the smell from getting to your fingers). My favorite part (and what makes it different from 'regular' silicone garlic 'rollers') is that this one (in the shape of a clove of garlic) has a small transverse hole at the top that works like magic. With a knife between your hands (or on the counter) apply some pressure to peel the garlic off the cloves and then you simply slide them out through the cross hole at the top (used to peel/wipe off any skins). stuck to the cloves.)
