Good protein powder! Easy to mix!

As someone who is on the weight loss journey, I have found that incorporating a protein shake into my daily routine is a must. I use protein shakes as a meal replacement or after a workout to "pump up". I chose the Myofeed Premium Chocolate Chip Mixed Shake. I'm a fan of chocolate shakes and thought I'd like this flavor. So let's talk about my experience while trying this cocktail. I couldn't find my shaker, but luckily this cocktail can be mixed in a shaker, blender or by hand. So I grabbed my spoon and mug and got ready to stir. Since it didn't come with a measuring spoon, I used a measuring spoon. There are no clear guidelines on how much powder to add, it's more a matter of taste. I may have been a bit harsh on my first try. I made about 2 tablespoons for about half a glass of water. I will say that it fits perfectly. So easy and uncomplicated. I drank it and tasted that sweetness that many other reviewers have mentioned. It was very beautiful. I have a sweet tooth and even for me it was close to dead. Also, it has "cookie chunks" which you will see after shuffling. I wasn't actually a big fan of theirs because when I drank it I felt like I didn't mix everything well, even though I did. The cocktail filled me up, I used it as a lunch substitute. Out of curiosity, I took a cup and a half of milk and used 1 tablespoon of the powder. I prefer smoothies with milk and wanted to see what it would be like. I also halved the amount of powder used. It works perfectly and is exactly what I like. Likes: mixes easily, tastes good, great meal replacement. Dislikes: Dislikes bits of cookie, no clear instructions on how much powder to use. like this protein powder. It takes a little trial and error to figure out what amount of powder works best for you, so I suggest starting with a small amount, experimenting, and adding more as needed.
