Review on Smart speaker Google Nest Mini (2nd gen) by Eunu AT ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

The column works, but I did not connect to wifi. The fact of connection happened by accident. Google works with sonoff sensors, but there is no integration, for example, with a motion sensor or a temperature sensor: it sees them and voices the temperature, but there is no information from them in the application. All I do with the speaker is listen to Spotify, use it as Bluetooth audio for my computer and turn the light on and off, change the color of the backlight. The sound is good. 2022-12: a connection problem was observed for the MGTS router, but when I bought the ASUS RT-AX55, everything connected the first time, and to the 5.8 GHz network.

Pros
  • Almost any smart gadgets are connected, not like with Alice. He does not say too much, a minimum of words, not like Alice.
Cons
  • Spotify falls off after the next track - track control from the phone is lost. Bluetooth periodically falls off when connecting to a computer, you need to do a re-pair, AND ALICE IS ALL OK WITH THIS! It is almost impossible to connect WiFi, the problem is either with acceptable frequencies or with Google. In general, Alice in the 2022 works best of all - maybe in the future they will add support for smart home Sonoff / eWeLink, then there will be no price for her. no 2022 language (not a minus for me)
