Will not work with Mercury DFI or Verado outboard engines.
I tried this pump on Mercury Optimax and Verado and it didn't work. The Verado engine was able to start but would not accelerate in the water. Optimax doesn't even start. Mercury engines require gas at a pressure of at least 80psi and this pump, although good looking and of good quality, does not provide enough pressure for these engines.
