Review on Rubbermaid Replacement Refillable Cleaning Multi Purpose by Cathy Sharp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

At the same time, I bought a few extra ones for the car.

Two extras for the machine were purchased at the same time as the machine. I'm glad I have backups and the ability to switch products while swiping. I haven't encountered any problems with them breaking or leaking. I had some doubts as several other reviewers said yes with a machine and extra bottles. Others, like me, are happy campers. I've only used one bottle with the machine so far, but they are identical in every way. Worrying about potentially brittle plastics, I don't see why they don't last long and generally continue to work well. I was nervous about leaving liquid in the bottle as I left the specialty cleaner in a bottle for over two weeks because I used up the concentrate to make it and threw the bottle away before realizing I couldn't be going to use all at once. It didn't seem to leave any residue that I couldn't wash off and it didn't clog the mechanism, which I was concerned about. So this can happen depending on what is in your cleaning product or solution. Waxes or polyacrylic paints etc. I thought the machine itself had an adjustable nozzle depending on where it was pointed, but must have confused it with other similar brands because it doesn't. I really wish they had a way to put the bottles down by leaving them upside down on the car but there doesn't seem to be one. If they ever fail in that position, you won't find your floor damaged after a week. But bottles don't have that, even if you take them off and invert them to prevent evaporation. Possible future improvement.
