Review on Thermocouple Stainless Temperature Controller Sensors by Michael Domus
Melted on first use with coffee roaster
This thermocouple was used to measure the temperature inside a small coffee roaster (temperatures up to 450-500). Heat traveled up the probe and melted the plastic. I had no plastic in the brazier. Couldn't even get through one session.
