These flanges are not designed for pumps or piping.
I bought these flanges to use on a pump. As it turns out, although the threads come with a rubber ring, they are not tapered and cannot be used for plumbing work because. cannot be compressed. That cost a lot of frustration and money. The seller may not understand what he is selling.
