I love the ability to position the device vertically or horizontally. A short in the power cord burned the carpet and disabled the unit. Bought in May 2021, therefore 1 year guarantee. Terrible customer support though. - Called support 9 days ago and provided proof of purchase. - Received an email 8 days ago that they have accepted the documentation and will ship the prepaid label within 24-72 hours - Called again 2 days ago and promised the prepaid label would ship within 24-48 hours will - No prepaid label 😡
