These sandals have some merits but ultimately aren't worth buying. The problem lies in the design of the strap. All straps are actually a single strap that winds in an intricate web beneath the sole. The problem is that when you tighten one strap, the other loosens and vice versa. And just like the laces on a pair of shoes, the straps tend to get out of position, causing you to struggle to readjust the straps every time you put your sandals on. Another problem with the belt design is the sand - it gets in there and does everything, well, sand. It's impossible to get everything out, so if you reattach the straps you'll end up with sand everywhere. Otherwise, the sandals are comfortable and offer good support, but the straps are too cumbersome.
